Man fires gun at woman in Tennessee Walmart parking lot

Occurred May 7, 2014.


In an apparent domestic violence incident, 44-year-old Kevin Rozelle followed a woman in the parking lot of the Walmart store in Clarksville, Tennessee.  When she entered her car, he fired a shot at her through the car window.  

Luckily, she was not injured, and Rozelle was taken into custody by police and charged with attempted homicide.

Clarksville Police charged 44-year-old Kevin Rozelle with attempted criminal homicide charge in connection with incident at the Sango Walmart on Madison Street. Police said Rozelle was arrested by the Robertson County Sheriff's Office after he fled to a location in their county.  
Police said Rozelle followed the female victim into the parking lot and fired one round into the back window of her car around 7 p.m. Wednesday. The victim was not struck by the bullet. 
Police believe it was a domestic related incident.  
Rozelle fled the scene following the shooting. He was booked into the Montgomery County jail early Thursday on $50,000 bond.
