A man was at a checkout in a Walmart store in Columbia, South Carolina, when he pulled out a handgun and threatened the clerk.  He then fled with cash from the cash register.

Luckily, no one was injured.

From an article, with images of the suspect:
The man is accused of pointing a gun at a female clerk at a Walmart store located at 7520 Garners Ferry Road shortly before 11 p.m. on April 10, 2014.

The clerk tells CPD that the armed man acted like he was going to purchase items. As soon as she opened the cash register, the man allegedly threatened her with the gun and stole money.

She screamed during the incident but was not harmed.

The suspect is described as a black male, with a thin beard, possibly between the ages of 35-40-years-old, standing approximately 6'2", and weighing 200 pounds.

He was reportedly last seen wearing a gray hoodie with a Nike 'swoosh' on the front, with dark pants and a red Cincinnati baseball cap.
