Walmart employee with concealed weapon in Mississippi fires shots at girlfriend in parking lot

Occurred December 8, 2013.

A Walmart employee, Johnny Earl Allen, 20, was retrieving shopping carts in the parking lot of his store in Gulfport, Mississippi, when his ex-girlfriend pulled into the parking lot with friends.  He then pulled out a handgun that he had had concealed on his body, while working, and opened fire on her car.

Luckily, no one was injured.

From an article:
Johnny Earl Allen, 20, of Gulfport, was retrieving shopping carts at the store on U.S. 49 when he saw them driving toward the building and pulled out a gun and began firing, McDaniel said.
"We believe he had the gun on his person while he was at work," he said.
No one was injured.
Investigators believe Allen ran from the scene and got in a gold Chevrolet Blazer.
Police said they found Allen late Sunday night and arrested him on a charge of aggravated domestic assault and three counts of aggravated assault.
"This does not mean Christmas shoppers are in danger," McDaniel said. "This was not a random shooting. It was domestic-related."
