Two men met at a Walmart parking lot in Houston, Texas, in what was supposed to be a sale of a Nike Air Jordon shoes advertised on Craigslist.  Instead, the supposed seller pulled a gun and tried to rob the intended buyer.  The man who was supposed to purchase shoes was shot twice and injured, once in the back and once in the chest.

From an article:

A man who thought he was going to purchase a pair of shoes found on a Craigslist ad got more than he bargained for after he was shot during an attempted robbery Thursday night.
Two men went to a Walmart in the 3500 block of Highway 6 around 10:30 p.m. so one of them could buy a pair of tennis shoes listed on Craigslist, but the potential seller had other plans.
The seller led the men to the side of the store, then pulled out a gun and tried to rob them.
The man who was to buy the shoes was shot once in the chest and once in the back.
He was airlifted to Memorial Hermann in critical condition.
Deputies feel confident they will track down the suspect.
The victim actually knew him, even though he used a different name on the online ad.
Surveillance cameras outside Walmart also captured the crime on video.
