A man was reported as intoxicated at a Walmart gas station in Hartselle, Alabama. When police arrived to investigate, the man pulled out a handgun and shot himself to death.

One man is dead after he shot himself near the Walmart on Highway 31 Sunday afternoon.
Huntsville Police said they responded to the Fuel Dock gas station at the Walmart in Hartselle where a man was intoxicated. When police approached the car, the man pulled out a gun and shot himself.
He was taken to Decatur General where he died. His name have not been released.
