Argument in Tampa Walmart escalates into shooting of one man

Occurred April 15.
Two men at a Tampa, Florida Walmart, Dylan Iwan Landvreugd, 19, and Travis Gray, 20, got into an argument inside the store.  Gray tried to leave, and Landvreugd followed.  Just outside the entrance, Landvreugd pulled out a 9mm handgun and shot Gray twice in the torso.  Landvreugd then fled, but was later arrested in New York.

According to a media release, deputies have identified Dylan Iwan Landvreugd, 19, of 914 North Bay St. E. as a possible suspect in the case. 
The shooting took place around 5:40 p.m. last Sunday as the suspect and victim, Travis Gray, got into a verbal argument in the store, the release said. Gray, 20, attempted to leave the store, but the suspect followed him out. 
A surveillance camera captured the suspect on film after the two men left the store. Landvreugd is seen pulling a 9mm handgun out of his waistband and then shooting Gray twice in the lower torso. Gray was taken to Tampa General Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. 
Gray and the suspect know each other, the release said.
Landvreugd then fled, but was later arrested in New York.
